Sarawak is 100% democratic?

The are many Orang asli (native people) living in remote forest areas of Sarawak. Most of them has no Mycard (identification card) and also birth certificate. They face many difficulty to apply mycard, there are so many procedures to apply Mycard and registration center are too far from where they are living. For a Orang asli who is non-educated, has transport and financial problems and to apply mycard that is needed so many procedures(documents that they don't understand, signatures of certain person, witness and so on) is a very hard work~ More info

Do u know how many Orang asli in Sarawak?? Is a big number! Many of them has no Mycard, so how can they vote in the election????? They have lost they chance to vote. Sarawak is 100% democratic??? Politicians now, chosen by all people in Sarawak??

Please solve this problem. No Mycard, No citizenship. They are people of Sarawak too. They should have their citizenship.
